Ready for a reset? You don’t have to wait until January! Head into winter with clearly-defined goals and a positive mindset. This informal workshop will teach you how to craft a vision board to support a consistent journalling practice.
Writing a journal gives you a reflective space to take stock and helps you gain insight into what brings you joy and what you want from life. You can use it to goal set and plan for the future or to record travel, garden or kitchen memories and progress. Creating a vision board first can help bypass ‘journallers block’ and get your creative juices flowing.
On the day, we’ll unleash the scissors and glue to create a collage that transforms broad aspirations into pictures. Then we’ll move on to learning how mindful journalling can be used in everyday life to support emotional well-being and encourage growth and productivity, as well as provide an enjoyable record of past hopes and achievements. We’ll look at how journals have been used in the past and how they can be passed on as heirloom items or stay perfectly private.
They’ll be writing prompts and exercises to try during the workshop and tips on how to make journalling at home a regular and beneficial habit.
Provided – vision board card, a selection of magazines to take images from and a basic notebook.

Included on the day:

  • Expert tuition

  • 1 to 1 guidance
