Q: I am unable to come to a workshop I have booked on - may someone else come in my place?

A: Yes - please send us their name, mobile number and email address via the website contact form and the title and date of the workshop they will be attending.


Q: I have some mobility difficulties are there any steps to climb?

A: The studio is not really suitable for wheelchair users as there is one step in the kitchen to go through to the toilet but otherwise there are no steps.


Q: I have booked a workshop for a relative but the booking is in my name - how can i change it?

A: We are unable to amend the original booking details but please use the website contact form to notify us that they will be attending and ask your relative to introduce themselves when they arrive.


Q: How can I be notified when new workshops are added?

A: Please add your name and email address to our mailing list and you will be notified as soon as new workshops are announced.

Q: I am booked on a workshop but have not had a reminder email about what to bring?

A: Please take a look at your booking confirmation email which you were sent when you booked - this refers you back to the website and also lists anything else you need to bring with you, parking instructions etc. If you cannot find the email please request another one via the website contact form and we will send it out to you.

Q: Can you inform me if you get any cancellations for a particular workshop as it has already sold out?

A: Please go to the workshop page and if it has sold out you can add your email to a waiting list and you will be notified if any places become available.

Q: I have been give a gift voucher but cannot find a code to use to book onto a workshop?

A: If you have not received an email with a gift voucher code, please speak to the person who gave you the voucher as they may well have filled in their name and email address and the code will have been sent to them. If they cannot find the email please give us their name and email address using the website contact page and we can send it to them again.

Q: I want to book onto a painting workshop but do not own any paints yet - can I buy them when I get there?

A: Yes we have sets of student grade watercolour, gouache, acrylic and oil paints for sale as well as brushes and palettes which you can buy with cash or card.

Q: I am a tutor with my own students, am I able to rent studio space from you?

A: Yes, we hire out both the studio and our large marquees. Please go to the HIRE page on the website for details and to book.
