In this workshop, florist Jessica Beck will guide you through creating your own spring meadow box arrangement — a loose, garden-inspired centrepiece that captures the feeling of spring in full bloom.

You’ll begin by exploring the beautiful range of seasonal flowers and foliage grown here at Micklems Farm, while learning how to cut and condition fresh stems straight from the field.

Jess will then share a series of simple techniques for creating an airy meadow-style arrangement and how to work with different vessels you might have at home. Along the way, you’ll learn how different flowers, foliage and natural textures come together in a floral “recipe”, and how to combine them for a balanced, natural look.

You’ll then create your own meadow arrangement to take home, with plenty of guidance from Jess throughout the session.

Please note: This workshop will take place in the 2 storey barn and is on the first floor up a staircase.

Please park in the overflow car park signposted on the left when you come through the main gate.

Terms - Fee is payable on booking. If, having booked, you can no longer attend, we are unable to offer a refund or transfer you to another workshop. However, you may nominate someone else to attend the workshop or class in your place by notifying us using the contact page on the Micklems Farm website. We reserve the right to cancel a workshop up to 48 hours prior to the workshop date. We will only cancel due to insufficient places sold and you will be refunded the full amount paid.
