The hire of the studio includes parking for up to 12 cars, the use of the dining table and conservatory, toilet, microwave, fridge, tea, coffee and biscuits. It includes public liability insurance but not insurance for personal belongings.

Full day hire is from 10.00 - 4.00 plus one hour set up beforehand and one hour clear away at the end.
The studio and kitchen should be left in the same condition in which they were provided.
